Another best way to train is to put a can in your stadium and then launch your Beyblade into the stadium and attack the can in your stadium. This will work for stamina, balance, and attack this will work a little bit with defense but it will have little effect with its defense but it will work better with its attack.

A good way to train with a defense Beyblade is to put a marble into the stadium and then let it rip! Let the Beyblade spin until it's out of spin strength. It's basically the the same with attack types except you need more than one.

This is the beyblade launcher. When you launch it's very important you have strength in your launch. Or it won't be able to have enough spin strength to take on another Beyblade. A good way strengthen your launch is to let it rip without a beblade on your laucher for an hour or so.
P.S don't launch to hard or your Beyblade will get a stadium out.
